Connect - For Our Church is a free app that lets church and small group leaders leaders communicate with members in a timely manner, keeping congregants engaged throughout the week. The app is available for both Android and iOS.

Congregant Help

Small group members and congregants use the Connect app, I wrote and maintain documentation for tasks within the app, including signing into the app as well as difficulties with logging in.

I built all documentation files using Heretto’s DITA-based CCMS.

Videos

Based on Support feedback, congregants experienced issues with logging in and resetting passwords as well as updating their profiles. I scripted and produced these videos in Videate Studio to assist church members and attendees.
